Step into my studio for an immersive portrait experience where soft shadows, intentional lighting, & beautifully styled moments create portraits that feel like scenes from your story.
This collection is a mini studio experience & exclusive to 1 person per session. Similar to the whimsical collection but with less images delivered & a shorter allotted time during session. (i.e: senior portrait, maternity, boudoir, branding, or just for fun solo session)

Q&A
1. How do I book a photo session with you?
Once you have reviewed the collection options, you will then inquire by filling out the form on the Inquire page. I will respond to the inquiry within 24-48 hours. When we have discussed the session more personally, I will email you the contract, print release form, & invoice.
There is a 25% non-refundable retainer fee. Both the retainer fee & contract forms must be paid & signed within 48 hours from the time they are sent to secure your session (the retainer fee is applied to your total). The remaining balance must be paid 24 hours prior to session.
*I only accept payment through Pixieset Payments
*Sessions are at a minimum booked 2 weeks out from the time of inquiry date
2. Rescheduling & Cancellation
Life happens! I totally get it. In case of unforeseen circumstances, if you can, please give me a 24 hour notice before the session date. We can reschedule to another date.
If you change your mind after paying the non-refundable retainer fee & want to completely cancel the session with no further intentions of rescheduling, you do forfeit the 25% non-refundable retainer fee.
3. location
If you have a place you would like to take photos at, please include them into your inquiry form. But if you do not have locations in mind, I have a pretty good vetted permit-free list of great locations to use for your backdrop!
*If you suggest a location that requires a photography permit, please keep in mind my prices do not reflect that cost. The permit fee will then be added to your total*
4. Do you travel for a photo session?
Yes! I am always up for an adventure. Any locations further than 1 hour drive from New London, will have additional fees. We will discuss more in detail & get you an accurate quote based on the location.
5. How long does it take to receive the final edited images?
Between 5-7 days from session date. I am as excited as you are to see your photos, I can give a 24 hour sneak peek of a few images from the session upon request.
You will be emailed a link to your full gallery once it is done through Pixieset where you can download with ease.
Your gallery will be password protected & accessible for only 6 months once delivered. So be sure to download & save your gallery before it closes. *I will not send reminders*
6. How do I prepare for a session with you?
We will keep in touch as we proceed closer to the session date! I will be there every step of the way from planning outfits, to coordinating desired poses or ideas that you want to incorporate!
For those who don't quite feel comfortable in front of the camera, don't fret! You just bring your authentic self & I'll bring all the vibes! During our time together I will guide you through prompts & poses that will help you feel natural.
I strive for a fun & welcoming environment for my clients. I usually play music on my speakers & bring props (such as blankets, candles, journals, etc) to help lighten the mood & bring some creativity into our working space!
7. How does weather affect our session?
Depends on what type of vibe we are going for. If we agreed to a specific type of session (such as a beautiful sunny beach session) & it rains that day, then I will consult you about a possible reschedule so that you receive the desired vision for your gallery.
Otherwise, I do not mind shooting in rain or shine! (if you are comfortable with it as well). I think it will be fun & bring a lot of spontaneity into our session.
8. Mini sessions, Holiday Promotions, Military Discount
- I will occasionally offer Holiday mini sessions & promotions.
- $20 off for military with proof of ID on all regular priced sessions. (Not applicable for Holiday mini sessions or other promotions)
- Returning clients: 10% off on 1 future regular priced session when your name is mentioned for a referral. (Not applicable for Holiday mini sessions or other promotions)

9. Prints & Products
Prints & other products are not included in my collections, but you do have the option to order them directly through your Pixieset client gallery for additional costs.
